Welcome Our New Staff!

As Riverside grows, we are expanding our capacity and deepening our investment in the communities we serve. We are pleased to welcome four new staff members who demonstrate our commitment to hiring from within our community, including alumni and local leaders with relevant experience and strong ties to our mission.

Camilo Auyero
Case Manager/Counselor

Camilo has experience in case management and counseling with immigrant communities, most recently at GreenRoots in Boston, providing assessments, service coordination, and client support.

Megan Foehr
Director of Development

Megan most recently served as Director of Development at Reach Out and Read of Greater New York. She brings over a decade of nonprofit fundraising experience.

Yulia Smirnova
Office Assistant

Yulia, a Riverside alum, has experience in administrative and customer service roles supporting office operations and coordination.

Monica Villalba
Workforce Development Manager

Monica brings over 25 years of experience in workforce development and community health programs serving immigrants and adult learners. She is also a Riverside alum.
