We are incredibly proud to share that Carnegie Corporation of New York has approved a grant supporting Riverside Immigrant Services & Empowerment. The Corporation was established by Andrew Carnegie in 1911 to promote the advancement and diffusion of knowledge and understanding.

Pamela Bayless, a longtime Riverside volunteer, was recently named 'Upper West Sider of the Month' for her significant impact on the lives of immigrants through her work at Riverside Immigrant Services and Empowerment.

Riverside's Career Fair brought together fifteen community partners to share information on job openings, higher education opportunities, and career training programs and resources.

The Department of Youth and Community Development recently awarded twelve Riverside students at their Adult Literacy Achievement Event. Their writings were selected from stories and poems submitted by students from all DYCD-funded programs.
